Log Service provides the visualization feature. You can use this feature to visualize query and analysis results. Log Service provides charts to display the query and analysis results. You can select charts based on your business requirements and save the charts to dashboards. In addition, Log Service can connect to external visualization tools.
The following table describes the visualization types that are supported.
|Dashboard||A dashboard in Log Service is a platform that allows you to analyze data in real time. You can view multiple charts that are generated based on query and analysis results on a dashboard. When you open or refresh a dashboard, query and analysis operations are automatically performed.|
|Chart||A chart displays the query and analysis results that are returned by the query statement. Log Service provides a variety of chart types, such as tables, line charts, and column charts. For more information, see Chart overview.|
|External visualization tool||Log Service can connect to external visualization tools, such as DataV, Grafana, and Tableau, to display data on dashboards.|

|Dashboard||You can create a maximum of 50 dashboards for a project.|
|Chart||Each dashboard can contain a maximum of 50 charts.|

|Manage a dashboard in display mode||You can view all charts that are added to a dashboard in display mode. By default, dashboards are in display mode. You can perform the following operations on a dashboard in display mode:|
|Manage a dashboard in edit mode||You can edit a dashboard in edit mode. You can perform the following operations on a dashboard in edit mode:|
|Subscribe to a dashboard||You can subscribe to dashboards in Log Service. After you subscribe to a dashboard, Log Service takes snapshots of the dashboard on a regular basis and sends the snapshots to specified recipients by using emails or DingTalk group messages.|
|Add a filter||You can add a filter to a dashboard. Then, you can use the filter to refine search results or replace placeholder variables with specified values.|
|Embed console pages and share log data||You can view dashboards in the console. You also can embed dashboard pages into your website. This way, you can view and analyze data in a more flexible manner.|
|Chart||Configure a drill-down event||You can drill down on charts to view data analysis results in more detailed dimensions.|
|Configure charts||You can configure data sources, properties, and interactive behavior for charts.|
|External visualization tool||Connect Log Service with DataV||You can connect Log Service to DataV to display data on dashboards.|
|Connect to Log Service by using Grafana||You can connect Log Service to Grafana to display data on dashboards.|
