If no tracing data can be found after you enter query conditions, check as follows:

  • Currently, the Java (1.2.2 or later) client supports the message tracing function. Check whether your client version is 1.2.2 or later.
  • Check whether the query conditions are set properly, that is, whether Topic, Message ID, and Message Key are set properly.
  • Check whether the query time range is correct. To increase the query speed, you must specify the range of the message sending time. If you still cannot retrieve the data, expand the time range and try again.
  • If the preceding settings are correct but the tracing data is still not found, to get help from Customer Services, and attach the log file. The location of the log file is /home/{user}/logs/ons.log.
