Log Service provides dashboards for you to analyze data in real time. You can view multiple charts on a dashboard. Each chart visualizes the query and analysis result of a query statement. This topic describes how to create and manage a dashboard.
- Log on to the Log Service console.
- In the Projects section, click the name of the project that you want to view.
- In the Dashboard list, click +.
- In the Add to New Dashboard dialog box, enter a dashboard name and click OK.
The following table describes the operations that you can perform on a dashboard that you create.
|Follow||After you follow a dashboard, you can go to the dashboard on the Watchlist tab.
In the Dashboard list, find the dashboard that you want to follow and click the icon.
|Details||View the details of a dashboard.
In the Dashboard list, find the dashboard whose details you want to view and choose.
|Copy||Create a backup of a dashboard.
In the Dashboard list, find the dashboard that you want to back up and chooseFor example, if you click Copy for a dashboard named test dashboard, a new dashboard named test dashboard_copy is created. .
|Delete||Delete a dashboard.
In the Dashboard list, find the dashboard that you want to delete and choose.
Notice After a dashboard is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
|Refresh||Refresh the data that is displayed on a dashboard.
Click the dashboard that you want to refresh. On the page that appears, click Refresh in the upper-right corner and select Once or Auto Refresh.
|Alerts||Configure an alert rule for the charts on a dashboard. If the specified charts meet
the specified conditions, an alert is triggered.
Click the dashboard for which you want to configure an alert rule. On the page that appears, click Alerts in the upper-right corner. For more information, see Configure an alert rule.
|Share||Share a dashboard by using a link.
Before a RAM user can view a dashboard by using a link, the RAM user must be granted the read permissions on the related Logstore and dashboard. For more information about how to grant a RAM user the read permissions on Logstores and dashboards, see Custom mode.
Click the dashboard that you want to share. On the page that appears, click Share in the upper-right corner to obtain the URL of the dashboard.
|Full Screen||Display a dashboard in full-screen mode.
Click the dashboard that you want to display in full-screen mode. On the page that appears, click Full Screen in the upper-right corner.
|Subscribe||Subscribe to a dashboard to periodically obtain data on the dashboard.
Click the dashboard to which you want to subscribe. On the page that appears, click Subscribe in the upper-right corner to configure the subscription settings. For more information, see Subscribe to a dashboard.
|Edit||Edit a dashboard. You can add charts, adjust the layout, edit charts, import charts,
and modify the dashboard name to optimize a dashboard.
Click the dashboard that you want to edit. On the page that appears, click Edit. For more information, see Configure a dashboard in the edit mode.
